Designed for the busy couple, this one-day class
will assist women and their partners in preparing for the birth of
their baby. Information includes coping with labor, relaxation
methods, breathing patterns, and pain management options. The cost
is $30 and includes a hot lunch.

Participants may elect to attend an optional
advanced course on Relaxation, Breathing & Massage Techniques and/or Newborn
Care. These advanced classes are pre-arranged with our instructors and cost
$10 each.
