Patient Satisfaction Scores

Feedback from our patients and visitors are a very important part of the care we deliver. We listen to our patients and plan updates and improvements based on their comments and concerns. These scores are the results of the mail and phone surveys completed by our patients they are delivered by an outside organization, Press Ganey.
