Service Recognition

A generous program recognizes employees' commitment for every five years of service. Recognized employees are announced and celebrated during the staff holiday party.

25 year Employees

The hospital annually recognize and celebrate SGCMH employees who have served for 25 years. These employees are also announced during the staff holiday party.

Holiday Party

Employees and a guest are invited to attend the annual Holiday party to enjoy an evening of dining, networking, and dancing.

Employee Appreciation Meals

SGCMH hosts appreciation luncheons throughout the year which include events where the CEO, management, board members, and directors serve a meal to employees. Also, the Senior Leadership Team gathers monthly to help deliver treats for employees.

Off Campus Events

Employees of SGCMH ride a charter bus to attend a St. Louis Cardinal ball game in an all inclusive suite.

Hospital Week

At this annual spring celebration, employees, patients and guests celebrate the hospital’s history, culture and traditions with activities, gifts, lunches, and snacks.
