MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging)
Magnetic Resonance Imaging or MRI is an advanced, state-of-the-art method, which produces high quality detailed cross-sectional images without the use of x-rays. MRI uses a powerful magnetic field and radio waves to provide the radiologist with detailed images. There is no radiation exposure using MRI scanning. MRI usage depends on diagnosis and can provide greater detail on small parts of the anatomy.
