Home Health Care through Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital (SGCMH) helps residents retain their independence by delivering to your home services needed due to injury or extended illness. Whether you are recovering from surgery or illness, or living with a chronic disease like diabetes or COPD.  


SGCMH Home Health make hospital visits shorter and less frequent with home-based skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and chronic disease management. We work closely with your physician to coordinate all aspects of your care, focusing on helping you recover and regain your independence, because there’s no place like home.

Services are provided under the direction of a physician, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. However, a registered nurse is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our dedicated staff is extremely knowledgeable about the community resources available to their patients. A dedication to patients of all ages from infants to elderly, combined with a strong commitment to helping them remain home and independent has made SGCMH Home Health Care department a household name in the community.
