The SGCMH Home Health department is a not-for-profit agency that is Medicare certified, Medicaid approved and licensed by state of Missouri.

Home Health services are covered under health plans and other insurances depending on your coverage. A Home Health staff member will gladly assist you with determining your insurance coverage and payment options. We will contact your insurance provider and make sure your benefits are in place before we begin your services.
