Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital is staffed by specially trained and certified Laboratory Technologists, Technicians and Phlebotomists. The Laboratory provides services to inpatients, outpatients, and critical care patients in the Emergency Department. Various tests are also performed on specimens obtained from nursing facilities and home health agencies.

A written order from a physician or nurse practitioner is required for all lab tests. Before some tests are obtained, you may be required to abstain from eating or drinking for several hours.
Laboratory functions are overseen by a consulting pathologist.
Outpatient Hours:
M-F 7:00 am - 5:30 pm
Saturday 7:00 am - 12:00 pm
