Counseling helps people make sense of their lives and relationships, and increases their understanding of how to approach life’s challenges.

The Counseling/Therapy services can help people understand their options and facilitate a healthy adjustment to health and mental health problems; tackle life’s transitions and issues of aging; manage anger and conflict resolution; build strong family and marital relationships; decrease symptoms of depression, stress and anxiety; and help in the grief and loss process. Our staff uses problem-solving and support techniques to improve abilities to cope with daily living associated with emotional, cognitive or behavioral symptoms. This service includes a range of treatments for mental or emotional disorders where confidentiality and healing are a top priority.
