Each individual raising at least $200 by Sept.11 at 5 pm, can choose from a Ride to Survive bike jersey or reflective vest!
Anyone can be a Champion! Register online using the teal QR Code at the right.
If you plan to participate in the event, please register for the event first, then as a Champion.

KEY POINTS

All riders must be at least 16 years old and must wear a helmet All participants and volunteers must complete a waiver regardless of age (on back of this form)
