To better serve our patients, SGCMH is upgrading the Patient Portal! The new portal will offer patients more benefits including online bill pay. Due to the upgrade, starting May 1 all existing health information will not be accessible to you. You can download or print your health information before May 1.

Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital and Physician Clinics' Patient Portal provides an intuitive, web-based method for patients to access portions of their medical records through our secure web site. It provides health summary information and offers secure communications between patients and their care providers. This is available from any computer or smart phone with internet access.

When you log into the SGCMH Patient Portal, you will be able to view your medical record, including medical conditions, medications, immunizations, allergies, lab and x-ray results and upcoming appointments. You will have the ability to request appointments in our physician clinics straight from the portal, along with the ability to request prescription refills. You'll be glad you did.

Our Patient Portal App will now easily give you access to your Meditech Patient Portal with a single tap. Download it on your phone and check your information anytime.

The SGCMH Patient Portal offers you a way to communicate with your care providers at your convenience. However the portal is not a substitute for an office visit, but it does give you the ability to communicate via secure messaging. Your secure messages are sent from the portal to the appropriate staff in the clinic. Requests from the portal are generally processed within 48 business hours. This would be the same turn around as if you contacted the clinic by phone and left a message.

Portal Virtual Visits allows patients to have a video call with an SGCMH physician/provider instead of an in-office visit. Call your physician or nurse practitioner for more information.
