Cardiac Rehabilitation or Cardiac Rehab is a comprehensive, medically-supervised, hospital-based outpatient program for persons of all ages with heart disease including heart attack, heart surgery, stent placement, stable angina (chest pain) or heart failure.

While completing the program, participants will learn more about heart-healthy exercise and diet. An exercise program will be tailored specifically for you. You will have your heart rate, blood pressure and EKG monitored during your exercise sessions. The program can help you recover and reduce your chances of future heart problems.

• Progressive monitored exercise utilizing treadmills, stationary bicycles, recumbent steppers, arm cranks, and weights in a comfortable environment.

• Educational services include dietary consultation, stress management, risk factor and lifestyle modification, and information on medications.

• Our cardiac monitoring system includes heart rate, heart rhythm, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and your body’s response to exercise.

• Cardiac Rehab services are available Monday through Friday by regularly scheduled visits.
