Inpatient Care Services

Inpatient care is provided to patients who remain in the hospital during and after receiving healthcare services at Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital. It is the goal of every staff member to ensure that you receive compassionate and personalized care. To meet your needs, we have many services to care for you while you are here. It is our tradition of treating the whole person, and our compassion for patients and families in times of need that sets us apart from other health care facilities and attracts the highest caliber of physicians, nurses and support professionals. We also offer Swing bed services.

YOUR HEALTH CARE TEAM

Your health care team is comprised of medical professionals dedicated to provide quality services that best meet your needs. The team is made up of medical staff, advanced practice nurses, telehospitalist, nursing staff, therapists, social workers, dietitians, pharmacists and other support staff.

PRIVATE ROOMS

All but a few of our rooms are private rooms. In most rooms, recliners are available. In addition, a nurse call system notifies team members of your needs. During your hospital stay, a multidisciplinary team will be involved in all aspects of your care, including your discharge. This team includes your hospitalist, nurse, therapist, case manager, social worker, and other clinicians. They will talk to you about your discharge from the hospital shortly after you are admitted, to ensure that your needs will be met when it's time to return home.

Patients are welcome to bring their laptops and connect to our free WIFI.
