Due to CDC recommendations the cafeteria is practicing social distancing. 

Lunch and dinner feature hot meals seven days a week. The salad bar is open during lunch. We also offer  "Grab and Go" items like sandwiches, packaged salads, yogurt, dessert treats and more.

Fried Chicken, Whipped Potatoes, Cream Gravy and Vegetable.

Monday 3

Italian Platter- Cheese Tortellini & Beef Ravioli with Choice of Marinara or Alfredo Sauce, Fish & Cheddar on Brioche Bun (lettuce & tomato), Deli Cold Bar, French Fries, Roasted Broccoli, Cauliflower w/ Onions, Creamed Spinach, and Taco Loco Soup.

Tuesday 4

Chicken Fried Steak, Home-style Chicken Strips, Deli Cold Bar, Macaroni & Cheese, Roasted New Potatoes, Cream Gravy, Buttered Corn, Vegetable Blend, Brussel Sprouts with Bacon and Chicken & Rice Soup.

Wednesday 5

Florentine Chicken Breast, Cheese Stuffed Shells in Marinara, Deli Cold Bar, Garden Blend Wild Rice, Baked Potato, Seasoned Green Beans, Roasted Zucchini & Red Peppers, Green Peas, and Buffalo Cauliflower Soup- plant based.

Thursday 6

Fiesta Beef Soft Tacos- (Soft shell, lettuce, tomato, shredded cheddar Jack cheese, taco sauce, salsa), Chili Cheese Burrito (Beef & bean burrito, chili, onion, jalapeño), Deli Cold Bar, Chicken Tornado, Refried Beans Supreme, Vegetable Blend, Seasoned Hominy and Zucchini Soup, and Blackberry Cobbler.

Friday 7

Pulled Pork BBQ Nachos (tortilla chips, pulled pork, cheese sauce, BBQ sauce, salsa, jalapeño peppers), Cheese Nachos, Grilled Cheese, Deli Cold Bar, Tater Tots, Seasoned Green Beans, Steamed Broccoli, Crinkle Cut Carrots, and Tomato Soup.

Saturday 8

Chicken Deluxe on Brioche Bun (Cheddar, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, bistro sauce), French Fries, and Vegetable. Dessert.
